Is registration open now?

Yes, registration is open now through race day. However please refer to the Race Info page for important pricing deadlines:

  1. Early Bird Registration
    • April 18 - May 31, 2025
    • $35 per 5k participant
    • $20 per Sammy's One Kilometer Kids Dash (.6 miles)
  2. Regular Registration
    • June 1 - September 4, 2025
    • $40 per 5k participant
    • $25 per Sammy's One Kilometer Kids Dash (.6 miles)
  3. Late Registration
    • September 5, 2025
    • $45 per 5k participant
    • $30 per Sammy's One Kilometer Kids Dash (.6 miles)
  4. Race Day Registration
    • September 7, 2025
    • $50 per 5k participant

Is there in-person registration this year?

Yes, in-person registration is available only on race day until 9:30am. It will be located near the race Start.

When / Where is Packet Pick-Up?

Packet and Race shirt Pick-Up opens at 8:30am on race day and is located near the start / finish line. Look for the Packet Pick-Up / Registration Tent.

Are you giving finisher's medals?

In keeping with soccer tradition, all finishers of this year's 5k or Sammy's One Kilometer Kids Dash (.6 miles) will receive a Rave Green Run Finisher's Scarf!

Will there be awards?

Yes! We are awarding runners in the following categories at the Rave Green Run Finish Line Festival presented by Puget Sound Energy on Race Day:

  1. Fastest overall Male and Female identifying runner in the 5k
  2. Fastest overall Male and Female identifying runner in the Sammy's One Kilometer Kids Dash (.6 miles)
  3. Most Sounders FC Spirit / individual or group in the 5k
  4. Most Sounders FC Spirit / individual or group in the Sammy's One Kilometer Kids Dash (.6 miles)

Winners will be announced on stage after Sammy's One Kilometer Kids Dash

Are strollers and dogs allowed on the course?

Strollers are welcome. If you are pushing a stroller, please plan to stay toward the back of the pack at the start line. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the course.

Where does the race start?

The race starts and ends at Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse.

Where can I park?

Parking is available at Providence Swedish Performance Center and Clubhouse on the south side parking lot.

Do you provide free race registration?

RAVE Foundation partners with schools and communities in and surrounding Renton to provide free registration to underserved youth as part of its overall goal to provide healthy, positive experiences that inspire kids in underserved communities. No free race registration is offered to the general public. All proceeds from the Rave Green Run benefit RAVE Foundation, the official charitable arm of Seattle Sounders FC.

Can I cancel my registration?

As noted on our registration website, registrations can't be canceled or transferred.
